- Recommend that the Town of Cheverly write a letter to the Prince George’s County Hospital Authority regarding the potential impact of Hospital decisions on the Town of Cheverly and proper consideration therein?

- University of Maryland Project: RJ Eldridge will meet with U of M Professor on 12 March, 2010.
- TLC Grant: Consultant has nearly finalized plan. Town of Cheverly has not formally adopted. Planning Board needs to hold a vote.
- Urban Land Institute: Abel and Chad will contact.
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Support: Letter was sent by Town of Cheverly. No response.
